1. Shipping Within Saudi Arabia

We offer express shipping services in cooperation with our logistics partners (SMSA and RedBox by Aramex) to ensure coverage across all cities in the Kingdom.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- Major Cities: 1 - 3 business days.
- Remote Areas: 3 - 5 business days.
Order Processing: Ready-made orders are handed over to the shipping company on the same day or the following day (excluding holidays). In the case of relatively large bulk orders, processing may take up to 3 business days to prepare the shipment for the courier, depending on the order volume.
Peak Seasons: Slight delays may occur during major seasons (Ramadan, Eid, National Day) due to the high volume of operations at shipping companies.

2. International Shipping

We provide shipping services to our customers outside Saudi Arabia through major international carriers.

Delivery Time: Varies by country and destination; an estimated duration will be provided at checkout.
Customs & Duties: Snap3d is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for any additional costs required by the official authorities in their country.
Tracking: International customers will be provided with a tracking number immediately after the order is shipped to monitor the shipment's progress until delivery.
